Sau Lễ 10:00 AM Chúa Nhật đầu tháng.  Xin liên lạc văn phòng giáo xứ để lấy đơn.  Xin nộp đơn ít nhất 1 tuần trước ngày rửa tội.

Baptisms are on the first Sunday of the month, after 10:00 AM Mass. Please contact the Parish Office to make application 1 week in advance of the scheduled baptism.  

BÍ TÍCH HÔN PHỐI - SACRAMENT OF HOLY MATRIMONY 
Các đôi hôn phối  cần phải liên lạc với Cha Xứ ít nhất 6 tháng trước ngày cưới để được hướng dẫn và làm hồ sơ theo giáo luật.

Couples are asked to contact the Pastor at least six months in advance to arrange the wedding date.

SỨC DẦU BỆNH NHÂN - SACRAMENT OF THE ANOINTING OF THE SICK
Xin liên lạc với Cha Xứ bất cứ lúc nào gia đình có người đau bệnh. 

Please call Father at anytime when someone wishing to receive the Sacrament for the Sick.  

TRAO MÌNH THÁNH CHO BỆN NHÂN - COMMUNION FOR THE SICK
Xin liên lạc với văn phòng giáo xứ mỗi khi cần. 

Please contact the Parish Office when someone wishing to receive the Holy Communion.
